Excellent result--hair cut, hair color. The shampoo with treatment was like a spa treatment in itself. Beautiful, intimate facility. Smart looking. Cappuccino and Godiva chocolate included. Probably other drinks as well. Lovely experience with lovely staff. Very good location. There's a parking lot there as well as across the street. Also directly across the street is the Hyatt Regency Hotel with direct access to Tysons Corner Mall. This is a winner!

The staff is very customer oriented, the hair stylists and colorists are experienced, the salon is very clean, the hair- wash bowls & chairs are conducive for those with neck and back issues, and the hair products are of high quality. Lastly, the coffee/espresso machine is a plus.

The salon is beautifully done with lots of natural light and a bright, open feeling. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon, my appointment started right on time with a great shampoo and best of all, an amazing scalp massage. My hair cut was perfect, as usual, which is why I have been coming to Heather Reed for more years than I want to count. I highly recommend both Heather and Bloom.
